Being the Official White House photography must be one of the most interesting jobs in the world. You get to see almost every aspect of perhaps the most powerful person on Earth on a daily basis, everything from taking down the world's most wanted, to clearing up oil spills to, of course, playing with the new family dog. This duty is taken on by Pete Souza. Souza's photos give you a sneaky look of what it actually takes to be Mr President.

We Stopped Dreaming.

Maybe this video overplays the importance of going into space and exploring. Maybe not. Make tomorrow come. Rather than thinking short-term, about budgets and elections, we are urged to get excited and to dream. To create adventures and to create heroes. Something in our day and age that is often forgotten. Heroes rarely exist anymore. Those that do the really incredible are shunned to focus on the celebrities and their mundane lives. Those that adventure, do less so than ever before. Many are constantly connected online or to safety. The adventures of today and not as they were. Again, I raise the point, maybe the importance of NASA is overplayed, and the budget is complicated and dangerous, yet it gives us something to dream about. And that is something that shouldn't have a price on it.

Arctic Monkeys: Suck It And See.

With a song title like Suck It And See, you don't expect the quality of songwriting that's present in this song, but it's there. I've always been a fan of the original Myspace band, but at times it has wayvered. I really like the sound of this song and I like the video even more. It's got that gritty, unadulterated, redneck Americana feel about it. But with a song title like Suck It And See you do expect this level of near-on pornography.

Wred-neck Metals

This could not be any more American. The sound of modified motors purring across the vast open fields, through farms and along the endless stretches of tarmac has never appeared more beautiful than in this video by Josh Clason. Add in The Black Keys and this is really something nice. Wrecked Metals is an old-fashioned ethic hot-rod garage guilty of producing some stunning machines. Take a lookie for yourself:
